Pattern licence & copyright

All patterns, designs, images, text and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Megan Nielsen Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright. When you purchase a pattern, you are granted a licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may sew items from our patterns for yourself and as gifts.
• You may not reproduce, share, resell or distribute the pattern or its files, in whole or in part.
• Items made from our patterns may not be produced for resale or commercial exploitation without our written permission.

You may print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, redistribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

Pricing & payment

On our Australian store (megannielsen.com.au) prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). On our international store (megannielsen.com) you can choose your currency using the selector in the bar at the top of the page. Prices may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

Orders, delivery & returns

Digital patterns are delivered immediately after payment; printed patterns are posted to you. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details and our Refund & Returns Policy for returns and refunds.

Your consumer rights & our liability

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Beyond those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of these terms is limited - at our option - to resupplying the goods or services, replacing them, or paying the cost of having them resupplied or replaced. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and your use of the website and its information is at your own risk.
