Easy sew great fit

This skirt was very easy to put together. Made the skirt for my DIL -said The fit is great and most importantly it is comfy!

Quick and easy make

I love the pattern, the hardest thing for me was to find a knit with enough stretch and recovery – went for a “punto Milano” and worked great. My advice is to size it up! I am now 34 weeks pregnant and this skirt is practically all I am wearing :)

Easy sew, satisfying

The Erin skirt is the perfect maternity sew. Straightforward, simple, and looks good. I chose to make this skirt instead of buying a similar style and I’m glad I did! So satisfying and not too complicated when you’re pregnant and tired. :)

Great Maternity Skirt

Great pattern, simple and straight forward with a classy wardrobe basic as a result. My prepregnancy measurements put me in a Small, and I made a Med. I'm glad I did and poetically could have done a large and been fine. I'm currently 28 weeks.

Cute base pattern

I purchased this pattern to make a matching set during pregnancy. The fabric I used had a higher stretch percentage than recommended so I felt pretty confident that my 32 week bump would be able to hang out in it for a while. After sewing up the skirt, it's a little tighter than I would have liked (even with the stretchier fabric). I'll be making another one that's a size up and I'll also be lining it this time. Overall it's a good purchase but maybe give yourself an extra half inch on top of your actual measurements to make sure it fits comfortably. (This could also be because I'm carrying my baby VERY high which is throwing off the measurements? idk)
