    Love the shorts

Great warm weather casual wear shorts. I have only made the shorts so far, but I love the loose breezy feel. The pattern (high waisted view B shorts) and instructions were easy to follow, with a fun curved hem detail. I did not make any alterations, and I sewed a size 26. Looking forward to making the top and of course another pair of shorts.

    Great comfy PJs

I made my Reef PJ set from 100% cotton and they are perfect for a hot summer evening. The top is an 18 and bottom is a 20 based on my measurements but the bottoms are roomy enough that I could probably gone with a straight 18. Regardless, they are stylish and comfortable and I see more in my future!

Awesome sleep set and summer shorts and cami.

I made the set in a cotton voile which isn't drapey but is very cool for sleeping when it's hot out. I really like how the cami fits, particularly around the arms and bust. I also love how the curve shorts are a little longer and have the curved hem facing detail. They stay in place regardless of tossing and turning.

Great set if you can get the fit right

I am very thankful to Megan Nielsen for letting me be a pattern tester! I really enjoyed the Reef camisole and shorts. The garment is lovely and the process of making it was simple. However-- when I gave my measurements in my application to be a pattern tester, I was put into the curve range. I then followed my measurements on the chart and made the suggested size, a 20. However, when I finished the garment it was far too large. I created another Reef set based on my RTW clothing size, and it fit much better- though the 14 was still too large, and I believe for me a 12 would have been better suited. I've had this issue before with Megan Nielsen patterns, wherein I make the size according to my measurements and they end up being several sizes to large. Overall, the garment and pattern itself is lovely, but the sizing may need to be adjusted.
