At Megan Nielsen Patterns we believe that every woman has the right to freedom, safety and dignity. All our tees and tote bags are handmade and screen printed in the heart of Kolkata's red light district, by women who have escaped sex slavery. They work in a sheltered workshop under fair trade conditions, and are provided with health care, child care and an education.
