Giraffe or Bear? It’s a popularity contest
Hubby and I want to give our little boy a cuddly toy to sleep with when he arrives into the world, but are having a huge amount of trouble deciding between these two ridiculously cute options. Bunny has an adorable little cat that she calls “Meow” – it was the first stuffed animal hubby gave her, and she goes to sleep with it every night. It’s way cute, and has been a life saver every time we travel. Sooooo we want to do a similar thing for our little boy.
Unfortunately we fell in love with both of these when we went shopping, and can’t decide which one to go with! Drama! So what do you guys think is cuter? Bear or Giraffe? Help! Vote below and let me know!

I understand your dilemma. But those giraffe horns look really nomable…. nom, nom, nom.
Oh my gosh Su I almost wet myself when I read that! Too true, nom nom nom! We had to buy 3 “Meow”s for Bunny, for that very reason, it gets way gross from all the nom nom noming that it needs pretty much constant washing!
It is SO Giraffe! My daughter has an alligator that she is attached to (from Ikea, everyone has it) and I love that it is slightly non-traditional. It’ll give your little boy something unique right off the bat. My advice though: buy 2!
I LOVE giraffes, but that bear looks so cuddly!! The giraffe’s pattern and colouring might hide wear a bit better, though. Easy solution: get both! :D

You win either way, if you have to choose between them. Giraffe is cuter and Bear looks more cuddly. Bear is kinda boring and Giraffe doesn’t look as comfortable to fall sleep on.

The Giraffe is really cute! My parents gave me a doll when I was first born too. It almost been 20 years! I have to say that I always sleep better knowning it is in my bed with me. Hehehe!

Su’s right! Very Nomable! We had the same dilemma and ended up letting big brother choose hos fave for his new little sis. He put a great deal of thought into it and felt very special and important to have such a big job.
Of course, she loved it so much and “nomed” on it’s poor nose ALL the time(she would walk about with Tat hanging from her mouth!)Gross!! …Tat went through the wash so many times that she’s now “real” (as per “The Velvetine Rabbit

Kate that’s such a cute idea! We gave it a try when we were shopping, but Bunny was in a very uncooperative mood (read – grouchy). Might need to try again!
My boys both have one of those fluffy toys from Ty! My oldest has a monkey, aptly named George, and my youngest has an elephant, named Ellie! They are THE best! (For the record, I voted giraffe!)
